[Introduction] YPC-JD156 is a newly upgraded 15.6-inch rack-mounted industrial all-in-one computer, specially developed for indoor installation of various industrial control cabinets and equipment cabinets. Adopts standard rack mounting size, which can be quickly installed in standard industrial cabinets without occupying extra workshop space. The full-closed integrated aluminum alloy structure effectively isolates internal components from cabinet dust, moisture and fine particles, greatly improving equipment stability in closed cabinet environments. Equipped with 1920*1080 high-definition widescreen display and industrial touch screen, it provides clear visual display and sensitive touch operation for on-site equipment debugging, parameter setting, production data viewing and equipment status monitoring.
[System] Supports Intel 7th/10th/12th Gen Core i3/i5/i7 multi-generation processor solutions, covering low power consumption and high-performance configuration. Compatible with Windows 7/10/11 and Linux operating systems, supports industrial control software operation, remote management and secondary development, adapting to different automation control system docking requirements.
[Heat Dissipation] Adopts full fanless passive heat dissipation solution, no fan rotating parts, completely avoid dust accumulation and mechanical failure caused by fans. The thickened aluminum alloy rear cover forms an efficient heat conduction system, which can continuously and stably dissipate heat for a long time, realizing 7×24-hour uninterrupted industrial operation.
[Environment] Industrial-grade rugged design, with excellent anti-vibration, anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static capabilities.
