YPC-GD 10.1 Inch Stainless Steel Waterproof Industrial Panel PC Optimized for Hygiene Industry

Hygienic manufacturing industries such as food processing, pharmaceutical production and dairy workshops impose strict requirements for production equipment. Equipment needs to withstand regular high-pressure flushing and disinfectant spraying, while avoiding dirt accumulation. Conventional industrial computers with aluminum alloy shells are difficult to meet such rigorous working conditions. Our newly launched YPC-GD101 waterproof industrial touch panel solves these industry challenges.

The YPC-GD101 adopts integrated forming 304 stainless steel casing and fully sealed seamless structure. There are no assembly gaps that easily trap dirt. The front panel reaches IP65 dustproof and waterproof rating, which can resist liquid splashing and direct water washing, greatly simplifying daily workshop cleaning work.

The whole machine adopts fanless passive heat conduction architecture. Without cooling fans, water vapor, corrosive gas and dust cannot be sucked into the internal hardware, effectively reducing equipment failure probability and long-term maintenance costs. This industrial touch computer supports stable operation within a wide temperature range and maintains reliable performance under humid and salt mist environments.

Two touch options are available: resistive touch and capacitive touch. Resistive touch supports accurate operation with work gloves, perfectly matching the operation mode of production line staff. Equipped with Intel low-power industrial processor, the panel supports Windows and Linux operating systems, and can run MES management systems, data collection software and on-site monitoring programs smoothly.

Abundant industrial interfaces are reserved, including dual Gigabit Ethernet, RS232/RS485 communication serial ports, USB interfaces and 9-36V wide voltage phoenix power terminals. It supports embedded panel installation and wall-mounted installation, which can adapt to various production line equipment layout schemes.
