Against the background of comprehensive digital upgrading of manufacturing workshops, real-time production data centralized display and abnormal production early warning have become essential hardware for smart factories. To meet the demand of large-screen unified monitoring for multi-station assembly lines, Senke has newly launched the YPC‑AD 23.6-inch industrial touch panel PC with integrated Andon warning buzzer, a dedicated visualization terminal for MES Andon management system.
The core highlight of YPC‑AD 23.6 industrial tablet is the integrated high-decibel buzzer and three-color status indicator light. It can receive abnormal signal feedback from all production stations synchronously, including raw material shortage, equipment failure, product quality defects and operator on-site assistance requests. Once abnormal information is generated, the device will trigger simultaneous sound and light reminders, allowing workshop supervisors to quickly locate the abnormal station, shorten troubleshooting time and effectively reduce production line shutdown losses. Equipped with a 23.6-inch ultra-wide FHD screen with 1920*1080 resolution and ultra-wide viewing angle, the terminal supports split-screen display of data from multiple stations. Clear content reading can be realized even at a long distance in large-scale workshops, which solves the problem of small screen data viewing limitations of traditional Andon terminals.
The YPC‑AD 23.6 reserves complete industrial communication ports to realize seamless data linkage with MES platform, PLC controller, production line sensor and Andon signal module:
Two mature industrial dedicated systems are optional: Windows Industrial OS and Android Industrial OS. We provide one-stop OEM customization services, including custom boot logo, adjustable screen brightness, independent editing of alarm linkage logic and personalized software interface layout, to match the digital management platform of different manufacturers.
Three installation modes are available to adapt different workshop layout schemes: wall-mounted installation for central control area, cabinet embedded installation for unified electrical control cabinet, vertical stand installation for independent monitoring station. This Andon visualization terminal is widely used in automobile assembly workshops, consumer electronics production lines, new energy battery manufacturing plants, logistics sorting workshops and precision automated processing factories.
Senke supports full personalized modification of all YPC‑AD series Andon industrial panels. Customers can independently adjust buzzer volume, alarm light trigger rules, serial port quantity and screen hardware parameters according to their own Andon system construction plans. Automation system integrators, factory equipment suppliers and manufacturing enterprises around the world are welcome to contact our overseas sales team to obtain product datasheets, complete technical solutions and preferential bulk order quotations.
